Procurement Support Officer London NHS Hybrid Working Castlefield Recruitment are working with an NHS organisation based in North London to appoint a Procurement Support Officer. They are a truly hybrid organisation with an ability to work from home 2 days per week. With a strategy to ensure procurement effectiveness and value for money is delivered, you will work closely with the Director of Procurement producing reports, managing the procurement helpdesk, preparing tender packs and managing the tender portal. Role: As Procurement Support Officer you will ensure all documentation is stored away correctly, helping with diary management of the wider team and answering queries. Duties: Pull data together, compile reports and presentations Manage the procurement helpdesk and Non-Clinical Procurement team email inbox Assist Project Leads in preparing procurement tender packs and managing the tender portal (completing any forms, communicate with suppliers and help publishing notices Inform the team of any training courses/conferences and events that would be informative to the team Deal with telephone and help maintain the diary for the Non-Clinical Team Person: The successful candidate: Previous procurement administration experience would be highly advantageous Strong MS packages experience
Senior Category Manager (Estates and Facilities) London NHS Hybrid Working Castlefield Recruitment are working with an NHS organisation based in North London to appoint a Senior Category Manager (Estates and Facilities) They are a truly hybrid organisation with an ability to work from home 2 days per week. With a strategy to ensure procurement effectiveness and value for money is delivered, you will have full responsibility to develop and implement a category strategy. Role: As Senior Category Manager you will take the lead on the complex portfolio of Estates/Facilities related contracts across the organisation. Duties: Lead the creation of category knowledge and embed this within the PPS team Undertaking a range of complicated and complex procurement projects within the E and F category area utilising JCT/NEC contracts when required Support and assist with the development and implementation of robust procurement procedures in line with best procurement practice Maximise contract compliance across internal and external stakeholders Lead on high level negotiations and reviews on contracts/issues with external suppliers Person: The successful candidate: Extensive NEC/JCT contract knowledge Excellent stakeholder management skills
