Duties
Deliver Oliver McGowan Mandatary Training on learning disability and autism; Tier 1 (online) and Tier 2 (face to face) to health and social care staff in various locations across Dorset.
Ideally, you would have some experience in a customer facing role and a good general standard of education, but we believe that within the right core values and training, you could thrive in this role.
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and have the ability to sympathetically communicate with a distressed caller.
