Some of your duties will include
Providing extensive secretarial and administrative support for busy team of Directors.
Typing a wide range of documentation including correspondence , reports and proposals.
French family living in South Kensington is looking for a part-time French and Spanish speaking private Personal Assistant to look after their household, ideally with a hospitality or housekeeping background.
Our client has dogs, and the Private PA will have to be comfortable with animals.
The role will require to work from the house, and will be an excellent opportunity for candidates who would like to move to more administrative position with regular hours Monday to Friday.

The job is varied and involves travel predominantly throughout Yorkshire, Lancashire and the North East so applicants will need to be enthusiastic and flexible.
The role will involve converting court documents so that they are accessible to the barrister using specialist OCR software, proof-reading documents and also orientation/practical help at court.
