Our client, an international property company based in the heart of London, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant/Office Manager. This is a full-time, office-based role from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, perfect for someone who is phone-savvy, well-organised, and keen to take on a pivotal role within the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Personal Assistance:

Provide comprehensive PA support to the executive, including managing his diary and scheduling appointments.

Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive.

Office Management:
-
Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for a team of 10 people.

Coordinate travel arrangements, mainly train travel, for team members.

Additional Duties:

Assist with PR, marketing, and LinkedIn activities where possible.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and liaise with vendors.

Organise and support office events and meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be articulate, switched on, and possess strong technical skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Calm, confident, and professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable nature.
- Interest in PR, marketing, and social media (especially LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Well-presented and able to represent the company effectively.
