Our client is an established firm of Accountants looking for someone to undertake payroll on a part-time basis. Duties will include: End to end weekly and monthly payroll duties Collating payroll timesheets and entering on to systems Calculation of holiday, SMP, SPP and SSP Processing statutory deductions Processing bonuses and commissions Liaising with HMRC including real time submission Processing starters and leavers Pension administration The firm are ideally looking for someone to work circa 20 hours per week, and can be flexible regarding how these are spread. Previous experience working within a firm of Accountants or payroll bureau would be highly beneficial, however the firm can consider those with strong payroll experience from a general background as well.
