Accounts Assistant
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join an SME family-run business based in Portsmouth. This position will be working closely with the Finance Director, supporting with various accounting duties.
The Role:
- Responsible for all elements of the sales and purchase ledger function
- Bank and statement reconciliations
- Chasing outstanding payments and reduce overdue debt
- Support with month end preparation
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar position
- IT Literate including advanced Excel
- Knowledge of CIS – desirable
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise under pressure
