Overall Role PurposeThe Personal Assistant will provide efficient support to Executive Leadership Team members to enable them to carry out their duties effectively.
Primary contact for the Executive Leadership Team members with people from inside and outside the organisation.
This includes planning and taking responsibility for the smooth running of the Executive Leadership Team member's time and team.
Robert Half are working with a business based in Clevedon, who have an urgent requirement for an experience administrative professional, to take on the role of Personal Assistant for a period of 6-8 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
Accurately take minutes during meetings, ensuring all key points, decisions, and action items are documented and circulated promptly.
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
Continuously update data bases in the CRM system.
Inventory and management of the SharePoint site: archiving documents that are out of date, ensuring the most recent document versions are in the relevant workstream sections etc.
