Personal Assistant A well-established professional services firm in the Redhill area is seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support their partners and enhance operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering high-quality support. Day to Day of the role: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for partners and senior staff. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips. Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and client events. Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and invoicing. Conduct market research, gather data, and compile relevant information. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or administrative assistant is preferred. Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
