As the Head of Estates, you will lead and manage the Estates Management and Maintenance teams comprising 270 people across all garrisons.
This encompasses overseeing Reactive Engineering, Planned Maintenance, Asset Management and Surveying, Estates Data & CAD Operators, Meter Reading team, and Communication & Information Services.
Your responsibilities extend to ensuring compliant and safe estates in accordance with statutory requirements, engineering good practice, and our company's management processes.
