We are recruiting a HR Manager on a fixed term contract for 6-8 months for a fast-paced and growing business based in Hemel Hempstead - starting ASAP to cover maternity leave!
We are seeking candidates with strong generalist HR experience who will be responsible for the full provision of HR services across multiple sites including all Recruitment, Remuneration, Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Payroll.
The role will lead a small team and take ownership of the HR operations for the contract duration.
The business already has an established people management function and it is hoped that the successful candidate will both maintain, develop and future proof HR policies & procedures, as well as mentoring a junior member of the people management function.

The duration of the assignment is likely to be circa 12 months and the role will be based at the company's headquarters located on the NW Cornish coast.

The business has a sizeable headcount of employees working across multiple sites and this role will work within a highly experienced and efficiently functioning people management team.
