To facilitate process alignment and standardisation and provide a platform to enable ongoing process transformation, efficiencies and the achievement of agreed KPIs.
Works closely with the business and stakeholders to write detailed and clear user stories, process mapping and requirement documents to support Agile Continuous Improvement ways of working.
Utilise your broad experience in data analysis by gathering requirements from stakeholders, manipulating data in SQL, and displaying and presenting dashboards.
