We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our call centre team in Durham on a long term, temporary ongoing basis.
Starting hourly rate of £11.44 which increases to £12.30 after 12 weeks worked, with Immediate start dates available!
Full training will be provided for the role; however, a customer service background or call centre experience is extremely beneficial to excel in this role.
Reporting directly to the Business Change Director and collaborating closely with the Lead Business Analyst, other business and IT Project Managers, you will take ownership for the planning and successful delivery of allocated projects to clearly defined timescales, quality and cost requirements.
You will be responsible for engaging with key internal and external stakeholders, actively representing the Business Change Team to ensure that effective relationships are identified, established, and maintained.
