Based in Watford, Hertfordshire, our client is looking for an EMEA Payroll Specialist.
This job would suit someone with at least 6 years of relevant experience with international payroll administration in shared services centre environment.
This will be on a hybrid working basis with 1 day required in the office per week and start as a fixed term position with very strong chances of going permanent.
The EMEA Payroll Analyst role will have responsibility for ensuring all weekly and monthly payrolls are processed, audited, funded and delivered to employees in the applicable region on a timely and accurate basis.
Will actively participate in the design and implementation of a new global payroll system and processes and will support the Global Payroll support and services model.
Responsibilities will also include analysis and reconciliation of data issues affecting payroll.
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing and processing all invoices and financial transactions with vendors, suppliers and employees across the EMEA region.
Invoice Processing - Accurately process incoming invoices, ensuring they are coded to the correct cost centres and general ledger accounts and approved in accordance with company policies.
To assist the Payroll Manager with the management of the Payroll Team to provide an efficient and effective payroll service to the Council.
To deputise for the Payroll Manager in their absence and be a senior advisor to the Council on all matters relating to payroll and related functions.
Provide a customer focused service to every customer whether internal or external and ensure that issues are resolved in line with the department SLAs.
To collate, check and process monthly information for the payroll including starters, leavers, timesheets, attachment of earnings and child maintenance orders, sickness, expenses, shift enhancements and pensions.
