We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. This position is crucial for ensuring our monthly payroll operations run smoothly for approximately 1000 employees. Key Responsibilities: Assist in processing the monthly payroll for all employees. Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations. Input and maintain payroll data Resolve payroll queries from employees. Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and standards. Requirements: Prior experience in payroll administration. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with payroll software. Salary Range & Benefits: Competitive salary of £24,000 per annum.
