Ensuring Accurate and Timely Payroll Processing through Sage computerized payroll system to guarantee accurate and timely payment for all 200 employees.

The Payroll Officer will primarily be responsible for liaising closely with their payroll colleagues in order to ensure collaborative working.
The role requires a reliable, confident, and pro-active person, who has excellent team building and stakeholder relations exposure, along with proven general payroll and reporting experience.

Duties include
To manage the Payroll Team in ensuring that all staff are paid accurately and that payslips, statutory returns and reports are produced and validated in a timely manner.
Ensure appropriate workload allocation, sharing of knowledge, review performance and instil a culture of continuous improvement, development and outstanding customer service.
Functioning as a member of the EMEA HR and Payroll team, the Payroll Manager EMEA performs duties at the professional level in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, affirmative action and employment equity program, benefits administration, and payroll functions.
This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization.
The generalist must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill and the business needs.
