This Global organisation within the entertainment industry is currently in the process of a payroll transformation project and require another Payroll Assistant to help support the team and free up time for the Payroll Managers to work on the project.
This is a fully remote role with the occasional visit to their West London office.

You will be inputting a high volume of new starters onto the payroll system.
Payroll Administrator- West End/Hybrid- Fixed Term Contract- £30000-£35000
In line with UK legislation, company policies and guidance, oversee the payroll cycle liaising with the payroll provider and other stakeholders to deliver an excellent payroll service.
Working alongside the Payroll manager who is an experienced, approachable and knowledgeable professional, you will be joining a team of 8, supporting and processing the full payroll cycle.

The chosen candidate will have strong end to end knowledge and experience, confident and comfortable on Excel and ideally, although not essential, an understanding of IR35 legislation.

Main Responsibilities
For payroll, prepare manual payments as necessary, incorporating the correct application of Income Tax, National Insurance, Statutory Maternity Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay, Statutory Sick Pay, Incapacity Benefit, Occupational Pension Schemes and other statutory and non-statutory deductions.
Accurately check output produced by the payroll and/or creditor/debtor systems after the payment runs and distribute as appropriate.
Prepare and process input data for the payroll, creditors/debtors and finance systems, ensuring work is completed accurately within the required deadlines.
They ideally need someone who has worked on CloudPay before and has international payroll experience.
Our client an international organisation, is transitioning to a new payroll system with the implementations running through to April 2025.
They are looking to bring in an experience International Payroll Specialist to take over the running of the existing payrolls which consist of 100 monthly staff based in 6 countries including UK, China, India and Singapore.
