We are looking for a Payroll Administrator/Analyst to join our small HR team and who will be responsible for overseeing the activities associated with payroll and benefits.
This includes tracking and approving working hours for over 300 employees, ensuring accurate timesheet entries and payroll reports are 'right first time', analysing various sets of data relating to bonus payments.
This is a brand new role so it will evolve over time with additional responsibilities and there will also be a requirement and opportunity to support the wider HR team with various tasks.
As the Payroll Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the payroll team in the day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of payroll for all employees.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing payroll processes.
