Payroll Administrator - £30,000 - £35,000 - City of London Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name within professional services on the recruitment of a Payroll Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. Our client is offering hybrid working. The Role: Accurately process client payrolls in a timely manner, following payroll procedures and utilizing designated software. Manage a portfolio of clients, including meeting with them as needed and attending meetings at their premises. Generate monthly payslips for client employees and directors, submitting them in accordance with client requirements. Assist the Payroll Manager in arranging payment of client payroll wages, salaries, and statutory payments promptly and as per agreements and statutory obligations. Ensure compliance with all statutory filings on behalf of clients within specified deadlines. Prepare Year End returns for clients, including P60s, ensuring timely completion and submission of all required forms. Create schedules to ensure timely receipt of all necessary information and submission to HMRC before deadlines. Conduct quality assurance checks and address any discrepancies.
