Our client, a leading accountancy firm are now looking for an administrator. This is a varied role, that would suit an administrator with relevant experience ideally from accounts/finance/professional services. They are offering a competitive salary and hybrid working.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with billing
- On boarding new clients -AML/KYC checks
- Processing team expenses
- Travel arrangements
- Credit control
- Creating Powerpoint presentations
- Preparing client letters of engagement
- Keeping spreadsheets, the database, and trackers are kept accurate and up to date
- Other general administration - printing /scanning/archiving/ organising the post
Key experience:
- Strong experience in a similar administrative role from a professional services/financial/legal background
- Excellent IT skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio.
