Purchase Ledger Assistant £15 - £18 per hour Interim Manchester Hybrid:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a public-sector organisation in Manchester who are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to their team on an interim basis that could lead to a permanent role.
This is a new role and while we are looking for someone that has a solid understanding of payroll processes we are ideally after someone that can lead the team of ten to deliver a great service.
A fantastic opportunity has become available within our Eccles based payroll team for a dynamic and experienced payroll manager.
Duties and responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk will include
Logging and allocating payments, credit card expenses and employee expenses.
Operational activities of the purchase ledger, including invoice processing; coding/matching invoices/purchase orders and reviewing costs back to contracts.
