As a Patient Care Administrator your responsibilities will include providing general and administrative support to the practice team, projecting a warm and approachable demeanour to patients and visitors both in-person and over the phone.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating patient access to the necessary services and healthcare professionals, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for updating documents on a patient system and will be responsible for completing and accurately recording CPA documentation after meetings.
This is an immediate start ongoing temporary role for the right experienced candidate.
The post holder will be required to support the general administrative requirements of One Heart Clinic with particular focus on supporting our patients through the service, in particular when visiting the clinic.
This will require an exceptional level of customer service and multi-tasking.
This is a compressed working hours role whereupon you will work 4 x 10 hour days with a day off midweek.
