Key Duties
You will be responsible for recovering the cost of any work covered by insurance, guarantee or warranty.
Reporting into the Head of Business you will be responsible for managing the aftersales department which includes a team of Technicians, Workshop Control, Parts and front of house Service Advisor team across a split site workshop.
