Working as a part of a busy team you will be a key point of contact for customers and the workshop in relation to parts, stock availability and pricing.
Our client based in Burton on Trent is currently looking for experienced Administrator.
This position will be based in their Service Department and be responsible for handling customer liaison for new equipment issues, warranty claims and processing repair inquiries.
Parts Advisor who has excellent organisational, customer service, administrative and problem-solving skills with good knowledge of the parts and machinery sector, preferably in agriculture / horticulture, although other industries will be considered, is required to join our team at the Turney Group.
