This job role will include preparing correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing, making appointments, arranging meetings, providing support to other secretaries when needed and speaking with clients both on the phone and in person in a professional and friendly manner.
This role is to provide direct support to the fee earners in the Private Client team to enable them to operate at optimum efficiency.
