We are working with a chartered financial Planning firm in Bristol who are looking develop an ambitious IFA Administrator or Paraplanner over the next 12 - 18 months to become a fully qualified IFA.
This opportunity will see you working closely with the Chartered Financial Planner, 3 days per week will be spent supporting with technical administration, and sitting in on client meetings to get to know the systems and clients.
The other 2 days will be spent studying towards qualifications and in advisor training to develop your skills.
Working in collaboration with Financial Planners, Paraplanners and other colleagues, you will maintain and manage client records, process life, pension and investment new business, answer and deal with telephone enquiries, prepare valuations and other letters, all the while promoting the company's services in a professional and compliant manner.

The Programmer Planner will support the Programme Manager to ensure that all Project Opportunities are programmed correctly to meet the desired client release dates and operational resource capacity.
Liaising with the appropriate operational delivery teams to track progress against programme and update/ amend programmes on weekly basis as required to reflect outputs.
