Duties as follows
To manage your own caseload in relation to conveyancing matters.
To deal effectively with all Land Registry, SDLT and AP1 processes.
To be considered for this Commercial Property Paralegal role you will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in either commercial property or residential property and be able to work accurately and efficiently, while delivering high standards of client care with the hope that you will take on more responsibility and variety of work as your knowledge and experience increases.
