If successful, you will perform the following role as a Senior Employment Paralegal: Provide comprehensive legal advice and case support to clients in varied employment law cases, including unfair dismissal, disciplinary matters, discrimination, redundancies, contract disputes and TUPE advice Processing initial enquiries, completing new claims forms before setting up a consultation Supporting with representation of clients at tribunals, negotiations, and mediations, advising council, clients and colleagues where appropriate Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in employment law legislation, precedents, and case law. Offer guidance and support to clients, explaining legal processes, potential outcomes, and strategies for resolving disputes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documentation, and billing records in compliance with professional standards and regulations. Foster and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and offering reassurance during challenging situations.
