As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our legal team, primarily focusing on the middle stages of the conveyancing process (after onboarding and before completion).
You will work on various files, including sales, purchases, freehold, and leasehold transactions, with the opportunity to manage a small caseload with supervision from the Conveyancing Manager.
Support with consultations, meetings, mediations and court appearances Draft legal documentation and manage communications Provide comprehensive administrative support on files.
Supporting a partner with a mixed caseload of private and public family law matters.
