Caister - Care Worker We're looking for Compassionate, and Dedicated individuals to join our Care Team in and around the Caister Area! As a member of our Care Team in Caister and surrounding areas, your responsibilities will include: Personal Care: Supporting with all aspects of personal hygiene. Meal Preparation: Supporting our customers nutritional needs. General Domestic: Tasks like shopping visits, cleaning, etc. Administering Medication: As well as other more complex interventions based on your training level. Encouraging and Supporting Customers in various activities. Completion of accurate records such as Care Logs and Medication Administration Records. Delegated Healthcare Tasks: With additional training you will carry our additional tasks such as: Supporting skin integrity and wound healing by changing dressings. Supporting a person's nutrition using a PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy). Supporting a person to manage their diabetes through insulin administration and monitoring. A valid driving licence is essential, along with access to your own vehicle, and business insurance, as you will be providing essential care and support to our customers not only in Caister, but also in surrounding areas, such as Great Yarmouth, Rollesby, Hemsby and Ormesby. With this increased geographical area your earning potential could be remarkable. Whilst having previous experience in the Care Industry is great, its not essential, you will join our 6-day induction period to provide you with all the skills and knowledge you'll need to be an amazing Care Worker!
