They are renowned for their high-quality, reliable products and are seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales Team Leader to join their team.

Job Overview:

This is a unique opportunity to support the sales function within a fast-growing, dynamic group. As an Internal Sales Team Leader, you will collaborate with Internal Sales Executives, Regional Sales Managers, Agents, and Customers to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and conduct regular performance reviews of internal sales executives.
  • Travel quarterly.
  • Prepare and submit technical-commercial offers.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Formalize and update sales processes.
  • Update prospect lists and process orders.
  • Coordinate preparation of agency/distributor agreements.

Key Tasks:

  • Promptly prepare quotes for products and services.
  • Introduce and formalize new sales processes.
  • Maintain close communication with Regional Sales Managers, agents/distributors, and other departments.
  • Follow up on commercial offers until purchase order receipt.
  • Attend prospect list meetings and update the operations team on incoming orders.
  • Manage the weekly order intake spreadsheet and conduct weekly audits of new orders.
  • Update and issue the Global Order Record monthly.
  • Process purchase orders using ERP and ensure correct specifications.
  • Provide updated dashboards to Regional Sales Managers on agency agreements.
  • Collate agency document packs for compliance approval and ensure proper filing.
  • Liaise with the Chamber of Commerce, FOC, and Embassies for attestation.
  • Assist with vendor questionnaires and CRM/Global Order records updates.
  • Manage stock and distribution of brochures.
  • Assist with marketing brochures, banners, and sales presentations.
  • Send and follow up on customer satisfaction questionnaires monthly.
  • Perform various administrative duties and coordinate document submission for tenders.
