First Achieve are seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Shop Supervisor with a strong background in commercial vehicle painting to join our client in Droitwich.
Role
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the paint shop operations, ensuring high-quality finishes on commercial vehicles, and maintaining efficiency and safety standards.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, technical expertise in paint application techniques, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
You must have extensive understanding of the accident repair industry, vehicle legislation and trade practices as an MET, Panel or Paint Technician, from an accident repair background with ideally workshop controller or supervisory experience.
General
You must be agile and demonstrate confidence to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment working in a job time allocation with a focus on managing a team of technicians and producing compliant and high-quality workmanship.
You must have knowledge of all aspects of Health & Safety, including and understanding the provisions of PPE and Risk Assessments.
As a Car Paint Sprayer, your primary responsibility is to ensure the flawless application of paint on vehicles, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting customer satisfaction.
You will work within an automotive repair or manufacturing setting, collaborating closely with other team members such as auto body technicians, painters, and supervisors to deliver exceptional results.
When business dictates, the role will extent to light mechanical work on vehicles.
