As a Commercial Manager, you will play a vital role in managing product selection and pricing strategies for high-value tender proposals.
Your negotiation skills will be key in reducing costs in key product areas and your analytical abilities will support product rationalisation projects, process improvements, and division-wide pricing strategies.
You will also respond to pricing enquiries from the sales teams and engage in ad-hoc product sourcing across a broad range of categories.

Role
Can lead multi-disciplinary project teams to complete capital/development projects to enable changes to the clients service delivery models.
Experience of commissioning and managing consultants, design teams and contractors (or overseeing teams that do) in the development and delivery of capital / development cycle through the whole (RIBA) lifecycle.
