World leading manufacturing organisation based in Barry are looking to recruit a Production Operative within packaging to work on a shift pattern which includes a mixture of days and nights, 12 hour shifts on 5 week shift cycle basis.
The role asks for candidates who are keen and enthusiastic in working on highly advanced machinery used to pack drums and IBC's with Chemicals.
Salary on this position is upwards of £12.00 per hour with a weekly shift allowance of £178.85.
Within the Kit Packing Environment, the Packing Operator is responsible for safely ensuring the on-time delivery of finished/assembled (packed) product which conforms to current best practices and Quality standards, and is aligned to the expectations set by the Operations Master Schedule.
This is an individual contributor role with expectations aligned to the Capabilities and Behaviours as set out in the Employee Handbook.
The position of Picker/Assembler is responsible for the day to day running of the warehouse.
This includes but is not limited to; the receipting, checking, recording and storing of incoming inventory from approved suppliers.
