Aspire People are working in partnership with a Special School in Tameside who are looking to recruit a dedicated, motivated behaviour support Assistant to support within their KS3/KS4 departments, although the children are KS3/4 aged they do work at a Primary level.
We are specifically working with a 'Good' secondary school in Oldham, who are working exclusively with ourselves, to join them helping students in intervention classes for English key stage 3 & 4 from September 2024, on an ongoing basis, likely to be for the full academic year on a full-time basis.
As well as helping students in small groups to progress their English ability, this may also include helping in lessons themselves.
You will be required to become fully immersed in the department, attend departmental meetings.
