Due to company growth and expansion, our client is looking for a Resource Scheduling Analyst who will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimising staff schedules using workforce management tools (Specifically - Verint, and or NICE/Genesys or relevant WFM tool).
This role will also ensure that schedules align with forecasts and real-time operational needs.

Your new role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be part the Commercial Team, mentoring and guiding a team ofAssistant and Intermediate QS's, while reporting into the Commercial Managers.
