Glasgow, we have arrived, and we are hiring remarkable Recruitment Consultants!

We have a great track record, and we know we can make a bigger impact by expanding into Scotland. If you are a successful Recruitment Consultant with experience building a Temp or Perm desk in Professional Services, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Whilst this is a new location for us, we have all the team, tech and tools in place to support you in being successful.

More about your day-to-day: No two days will be the same.

You will:

  • Generate roles to recruit for by meeting new clients, understanding their organisation and how we can support their current and future Recruitment needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with your existing portfolio of clients, to create a consistent job flow.
  • Work creatively across multiple platforms to grow a game-changing candidate pipeline and place them in their ideal roles.
  • Become a subject matter expert in your chosen market. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, cross selling our products and services.

Hybrid is here to stay

We prefer a hybrid work model where we work from our Glasgow City Centre office on Monday to Wednesday and from home on Thursday and Friday. However, our office is open Monday to Friday if you need it.

If you've got 1 or 10+ years' experience, we don't mind, get in touch for a confidential chat or to hear more about our plans for the Scottish Professional Services Market. Demonstratable experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with business development skills are a must for this role though.
