My client, established in the 1960's is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join its small but friendly team. With a customer base covering the whole of the UK, this is an exciting role for someone who is looking to develop their career within a finance department. Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience in an Accounts department - ideally purchase ledger. Professional and confident telephone manner Microsoft Business Central, Navision or similar ERP system Good eye for detail Experience of Microsoft Office especially Excel. Own transport due to location Duties and responsibilities Processing supplier invoices and credit notes accurately onto the ERP system Reconciliation of supplier statements Payment of suppliers using BACS and some cheque payments Maintain supplier records on the ERP System File all documents accurately.
