Job Title: Purchase Ledger Manager

Location: Birmingham

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 per year

Responsibilities:

?? Manage the company's purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.

?? Oversee the processing of purchase invoices, credit notes, and expense claims.

?? Monitor cash flow and assist with cash flow forecasting.

?? Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies.

?? Prepare payment runs and ensure timely settlement of invoices.

?? Reconcile supplier statements and manage supplier accounts effectively.

Essential Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

?? Proven experience in a similar purchase ledger or accounts payable role.

?? Familiarity with Sage 300 or similar accounting software.

?? Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.

?? Excellent organisational and time management skills.

?? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

�? A relevant accounting or finance qualification.

?? Experience in cash flow management and forecasting.

Technologies:

??? Sage 300

?? Cash flow forecasting tools
