This role is pivotal in maintaining effective relationships with brokers and insurers, improving our risk management proposition, and recommending changes based on case assessments and risk evaluations.
To support and develop relationship with insurer, corporate and broker clients and their policyholders.
To add value by proactively managing liability claims for both injury (predominantly) and damage to T/P property, including investigation, negotiation and settlement, as licensed and in compliance with prevailing client requirements and service standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
To handle liability claims in own right, within the scope of authority given.
Major loss adjusting practice seeks to appoint a Regional Manager to take operational control of its South East team of property adjusters.
You will oversee a team of home-based adjusters handling domestic and commercial losses up to £100,000.
You will also be home-based and responsible for the management of all aspects of the team attending to the ongoing development and progression of your team in line with company standards and expectations.
