We are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to work on a temporary contract for a well-known company based in Perth.
Shift pattern: You must be flexible to work 5 days over 7, Monday - Friday between 8.00am & 8.00pm and weekends between 8.00am & 6.00pm on a rotational shift basis.
If you have previous experience within the insurance industry this is desirable but not essential, customer service experience is essential within a call centre, office-based position.

As such, they require an experience Complaints Investigator with proven experience of dealing with complaints within an insurance environment.
