We are looking for a meticulous Purchasing and Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for managing the procurement and logistics.
The role involves selecting suppliers, managing supply chains, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient inventory management to support the company's sales and distribution operations.
As Logistics Administrator, you'll be assisting with the programmes for shipping and installations of projects.
On a day-to-day basis you will arrange deliveries and ensure items purchased are delivered safely and on time for sign-offs and installs, process shipping paperwork and documentation, as well as helping with off the shelf procurement and sample library management.

You will work with a close-knit and friendly team in a fast-paced environment; you will liaise with different stakeholders including suppliers, freight forwarders, warehousing, production and customers - you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient running of key business operations.
Reporting to a highly experienced Operations Manager, main duties will include Import and export of DG cargo, Coordination of production with 3rd parties, responsibility for compliance of labelling and packaging, daily International communication, monitoring customers' orders and deliveries, assisting with forecasting; liaising with logistics, freight forwarders, suppliers, customers and production to ensure optimal product supply; accurate recording and management of the inward processing procedure; production of import and export clearance instructions following the company's inward processing authorisation, preparing and managing weekly delivery schedules; monitoring and managing stock levels; maintaining accurate master data and inventory requirements and, raising purchase and production orders.
