Role : Logistics Clerk Location : Aylesford (outskirts) Pay : £11.46ph Hours : 12:00-20:00 (7.5hrs paid) Shifts : Monday-Friday will include 1 Saturday per month. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations and reports. Assist in the preparation of documents, correspondence and emails. Manage and prioritise incoming communications, including phone calls and emails. Organise and maintain files and records both electronic and physical.

Duties would include: Handling airfreight imports start-finish Taking bookings Arranging collections and deliveries Customs entries Quoting customers Tracking shipments Handling key accounts Liaising with overseas agents, airlines and HMRC daily General admin duties Skills required: Previous air/s import experience Customs entries experience PC literate Good customer service skills Working hours: Monday- Friday 0900-1730
