Pertemps Maidstone are seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Clerk to support their client with the following;
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, correspondence and emails.
- Manage and prioritise incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Organise and maintain files and records both electronic and physical.
