Logistic Assistant Salary: £22,500

Our international freight forwarding client based in Essex are currently looking for a Junior Logistics Admin Assistant to expand their team.
As Junior Logistics Admin Assistant, on a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for all procedures connected with Proof of Deliveries (PODs).
This includes liaising with internal and external customers by phone and email, as well as ensuring all company filing is completed and stored correctly.
In and around your day-to-day tasks (like organising pallets or operating a fork lift truck), you'll be alert and ready to tackle any challenge.
Full of initiative, you'll keep our Regional Distribution Centre clean, efficient and working correctly.
From cleaning up spillages and printing price cards, to keeping the vending machines nice and stocked up, you'll be proactive and take pride in getting things done to the highest standards.
