You will be working in a busy department within a small team where you will be required to unpack deliveries and log the contents on the system.
This role will require a good attention to detail and confident data entry skills.
This is a great job for someone with strong logistics and administrative skills with experience of working in a logistics/warehouse operation, to provide both admin and practical support to the Warehouse Manager of this small, friendly company, who supply globally.
As the Logistics Administrator, you will be
Organising the shipment of parcels and pallets, ensuring all necessary paperwork is correct and included with the goods.
Liaising with customs to resolve any potential export issues.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all Logistics administrative work including goods in and good out, stores and any other transactions both at Head Office and Customer sites.
About the role
The Logistics Administrator reports to the Operations Manager and provides administrative support to the Logistics team at DQ 120.
This role is responsible for accurate and timely administration of all goods passing through the warehouse, ensuring that EHSQ processes are followed, quality is maintained and both internal and external KPIs are met across the operation.
