Are you an experienced Administrator, specialising within the Logistics industry?
I am currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator, to join my clients team on a full time, permanent basis due to growth and expansion.
Day to Day role of a Logistics Administrator –
- General admin and reception duties (posting, phone, emails etc.)
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and data bases for personnel and legal information.
- Contribute to office workflow, assessing staff and providing feedback.
- Handle budgeting and billing cycles for the business.
- Supporting the recruitment team within busy periods.
- Contribute to the logistics team with deliveries, general enquires and ensuring smooth processes.
Requirements for the Logistics Administrator role –
- Proven success within Office Administration, ideally within the Logistics industry.
- Proficient within Microsoft Office packages.
- Able to adapt and learn new inhouse software systems.
- Able to work independently, as a team and well under pressure.
Extra information for the Logistics Administrator role –
- Monday – Friday.
- Full time, Permanent.
- Salary up to £27,000 DOE.
- Ideally a driver, as travel between sites MAY be required.
