Are you an experienced Administrator, specialising within the Logistics industry?

I am currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator, to join my clients team on a full time, permanent basis due to growth and expansion.

Day to Day role of a Logistics Administrator –

  • General admin and reception duties (posting, phone, emails etc.)
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and data bases for personnel and legal information.
  • Contribute to office workflow, assessing staff and providing feedback.
  • Handle budgeting and billing cycles for the business.
  • Supporting the recruitment team within busy periods.
  • Contribute to the logistics team with deliveries, general enquires and ensuring smooth processes.

Requirements for the Logistics Administrator role –

  • Proven success within Office Administration, ideally within the Logistics industry.
  • Proficient within Microsoft Office packages.
  • Able to adapt and learn new inhouse software systems.
  • Able to work independently, as a team and well under pressure.

Extra information for the Logistics Administrator role –

  • Monday – Friday.
  • Full time, Permanent.
  • Salary up to £27,000 DOE.
  • Ideally a driver, as travel between sites MAY be required.
