Swift Placements are working with a housing association who are looking for 2x Regional Housing Officers to join their new set up in Preston on a full-time permanent basis, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing housing operations within a designated region.
You will be responsible for ensuring efficient allocation of housing resources, providing support to tenants, and maintaining high standards of property management.

Role
People Strategy serves as the strategic hub, orchestrating LCC's journey towards workforce optimisation, engagement, and development, ensuring our team is equipped to meet future challenges.
Candidates must have previous experience of working in this role and carrying out the duties in accordance with Section 68 of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 and Section 149 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, Candidates must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, be confident in handling stray dogs in a variety of situations and be physically able to cope with the manual handling and outdoor nature of the job.
To work as part of our Environmental Enforcement Team and have responsibility for Dog Warden duties including the collection of stray dogs, promotion of responsible dog ownership, enforcing dog control legislation and maintaining statutory records.
