Keep detailed records of property-related transactions, contracts, and communications. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients. Skills Previous experience in property management, preferably with a portfolio of 70 properties or more. Proven ability to effectively manage tenant relations and resolve conflicts. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants, contractors, and colleagues. Sound knowledge of property laws, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools. Valid driving license and the ability to travel as required. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
