Property Management Assistant I am currently recruiting for a property management assistant for one of our clients based in Horsham. They are seeking a Property Management Assistant to join our team. Job Purpose: In this role, you'll support Property Managers in overseeing property portfolios, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities: Handle incoming phone calls, address queries, and direct calls as needed. Manage planned maintenance and minor repairs within the agreed spend limit. Liaise with contractors, create works orders, and ensure timely completion. Update client files and manage the branch's email account. Respond to leaseholder/homeowners' queries verbally and in writing, demonstrating excellent customer service. Upload development-specific insurance renewal certificates, health and safety reports, service records, and general correspondence to the property management program. Log claims with insurance brokers and obtain quotes for consequential damage. Training & Development: Work alongside Property Managers to gain a full understanding of leasehold and estate management.
