Field Sales Manager / Sales Team Manager - Telecommunications
Location: Office based in Crawley, covering the South East
Salary: £30,000 Basic. £40k+ OTE with salary progression opportunities

The Role:
We are seeking a passionate Field Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Manage and Lead: Oversee a team of 3 telesales executives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.
- Client Engagement: Attend client appointments, both those booked by your team and those you arrange yourself, to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and close deals to drive company growth.
- Sales Training: Develop and deliver training programs for your sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- 360 Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and beyond, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
- Travel: Cover the South East region, meeting clients face-to-face to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Performance Management: Regularly review and assess the performance of your team, implementing strategies to optimize their effectiveness and productivity.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar sales role within the telecommunications industry.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and train a sales team.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driving License: Must be able to drive, as the role involves regular travel to meet clients across the South East.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
